Let’s find where your venue’s bookings are slipping.
Share a few details about your venue. Before we talk, we’ll review your website, inquiry path, and current tools so the call is useful from the first minute.

Five quick venue details plus how to reach you.
We do the homework
Your VenueBFF sales owner reviews your site, inquiry experience, and software.
We talk strategy
Response, tours, follow-up, open dates, and marketing — and whether VenueBFF is a fit.
You get a clear recommendation
A custom proposal if it makes sense. No pressure if it doesn’t.
Pricing is custom to each venue and discussed on the call. Advertising spend is paid separately by the venue.
We come prepared, so the call is about your venue — not a demo script.
- Your website and inquiry path. How easy it is for a couple to find pricing guidance, availability, and a way to ask for a tour.
- Your first response. What happens after someone submits your form, texts, or messages you — and how long it takes.
- Your tools. The CRM or software you already use and where VenueBFF would connect rather than replace it.
- Your calendar and marketing. Where open dates are concentrated and which channels appear to be producing tours.
Strategy call questions.
How long is the strategy call?
Plan for about 30 to 45 minutes. We use the time to walk through what we found in your website, inquiry path, and tools, and to talk through your goals for the next season.
Is this a sales call?
It’s a working session first. You’ll leave with a clear view of where bookings are slipping and what we would change. If VenueBFF is a good fit, we’ll follow up with a custom proposal; if it isn’t, we’ll say so.
How much does VenueBFF cost?
Pricing is custom to each venue, based on the services you need and the size of your market. Advertising spend is paid separately by the venue. We discuss pricing openly on the call.
Do we need to switch software to work with you?
No. VenueBFF is designed to sit alongside what already works, and we’ll map exactly what connects during the call.
We haven’t opened yet. Is the call still useful?
Yes. Choose “Opening soon / not yet operating” on the form and we’ll focus on positioning, launch demand, and the sales system you’ll need before your first tour.
